IT Domain Specialist - Splunk

• Apply Splunk and ITSI expertise to deliver monitoring and observability solutions
• Configure service models, alerts, dashboards and reporting capabilities
• Support data onboarding and integration of monitoring sources
• Manage monitoring and alerting to ensure service visibility and early fault detection
• Support deployment and optimisation of monitoring solutions across environments
• Identify risks related to monitoring coverage and system performance
• Provide technical support to improve monitoring effectiveness and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose observability solutions
• Contribute to documentation and operational procedures
• Support continuous improvement including alert tuning and monitoring optimisation

• Five years plus experience administering observability or monitoring platforms with preference for Splunk and ITSI
• Splunk certifications desirable
• Experience in production support and development
