Connecting Odds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to dmca@connectingodds.com including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. The URL of the allegedly infringing material on Connecting Odds.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same elements, plus consent to local court jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
