Connecting Odds

Submit a data request

Use this form if you don't have an active Connecting Odds account, or you can't sign in. Account holders should use Settings → My data & privacy instead.

By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate. We may ask for additional verification before fulfilling sensitive requests.

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you live, privacy laws give you rights over the personal data we hold. We honor the requests below for everyone, wherever they are.

  • Access: get a copy of your profile, posts, messages, applications and uploaded files, and learn how we use them (GDPR Article 15, CCPA/CPRA right to know).
  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete details (GDPR Article 16, CPRA right to correct).
  • Deletion: remove your account and personal data (GDPR Article 17, CCPA right to delete). We may keep limited records where the law requires, such as payment records, or to keep a safety block in place.
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR Article 20).
  • Objection and restriction: ask us to stop or limit certain processing (GDPR Articles 18 and 21). Email us for these.
  • No sale or sharing: we do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context advertising.

What happens after you submit

  1. We email a verification link to the address you entered. This stops other people from requesting your data.
  2. Once verified, we locate data linked to that email. We may ask for one more detail if the match is unclear.
  3. We complete the request within 30 days. If a request is complex we may extend by up to two more months and will tell you why.
  4. Requests are free. We may refuse or charge for requests that are clearly unfounded or repeated.
