Nothing on a company page requires an account to read.
Pages are created in two ways. Employers can claim and edit their own page, which lets them control the logo, banner, description, and links. Pages can also exist because we have ingested public job postings from that employer, in which case the page is assembled from the postings themselves and clearly reflects only what those postings disclose.
The directory is most useful when you are researching rather than applying. Before an interview, the page gives you the employer's current hiring pattern — which functions they are growing, which locations they are hiring into, whether roles are remote, and what they are willing to publish about pay. That is usually a more honest signal of priorities than a careers-page mission statement.
Following a company keeps its new postings and updates in your feed in time order, with no ranking algorithm deciding whether you see them. If a company is not yet listed, browsing the jobs board by employer name will surface its roles and create the page as soon as postings are ingested.
Salary figures shown on company pages come only from postings that disclosed a range, and are converted to your local currency for display while preserving the original currency and amount underneath. Where a company has too few disclosed ranges to be meaningful, no figure is shown rather than a misleading one.
Claiming a page is free and does not require a subscription. Once claimed you control the logo, banner, description, industry, size, headquarters, and website link, and you can post updates that appear both on the page and in the feeds of people who follow you. Posting jobs is also free, with no per-post fee and no cap on the number of open roles.
Two things measurably improve how a company page performs: publishing a salary range on every posting, and keeping closed roles closed. Postings with disclosed pay attract substantially more qualified applications, and stale postings are the single most common complaint candidates raise about job boards generally. Roles you close are removed from search the same day.
Employer records are deduplicated against domain and normalised name, so a company that appears under several spellings across job boards resolves to one page. Logos are resolved from the employer's own domain where available rather than from third-party scrapes, and are refreshed periodically.
Jobs are never silently deleted. When a role stops appearing at its source we mark it closed and keep the record, so the page's history stays accurate and links shared previously do not break. If you spot an incorrect page, the contact form routes directly to the team that maintains the directory.
