Slots or self-serve ads?

A slot is the right shape when you have a small number of roles that always need to be visible. What a slot does not do

A promoted role is labelled as promoted wherever it appears. It never changes search ranking or candidate match results: those are ranked on how well the role and the candidate actually fit, and no budget can move them. Everything advertised on Connecting Odds is also subject to our Ad Content Policy, including the rule that job advertising can never be targeted on protected characteristics.

Billing and cancellation

Slots are month-to-month. Cancel from your billing settings and the slot ends at the close of the current period — no phone call, no support ticket, no more steps than it took to start.
