Keep one reusable room address for recurring conversations. The host starts a fresh session from the workspace; visitors cannot start the room themselves.
A permanent link is not permanent permission. Guests still need the human check and host admission. Expired sessions and removed participants cannot obtain fresh room credentials.
Use an unguessable room handle, rotate a shared guest link if it leaks, and keep guest access switched off when you do not need it. Private room links are excluded from search indexing.
