The Opportunity
Senior Integration Engineer
In this role you'll
- Lead the design and delivery of Azure integration solutions across multiple business platforms and services.
- Develop secure, scalable and reusable APIs that support enterprise integration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive engineering excellence through automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Contribute to integration standards, reusable patterns and platform engineering capabilities.
- Partner with architects, engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with security and architectural standards.
- Explore and adopt new technologies that support WorkCover's future technology direction.
- Mentor and coach engineers while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
What You'll Bring
You're an experienced integration engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building modern cloud solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You bring strong technical expertise, a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed.
You'll also bring:
- Extensive experience delivering Azure Integration Services solutions, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management and Service Bus.
- Strong expertise in integration architecture, API design, integration patterns and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation and modern software delivery approaches.
- Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0 and secure-by-design principles.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership and guiding teams through the delivery of complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical outcomes.
- A strong coaching mindset and genuine passion for innovation, continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
