Product Manager - Connectivity Platform

• Drive discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize platform updates or new services, considering against product team roadmaps, reliability challenges, and data quality

• Define and own the overall Connectivity platform roadmap and strategy with the engineering lead, covering our integration automation platform, migration orchestration platform, and data quality initiatives.

• Future: Build shared observability across regions (US, CA, UK/EU)

• Partner closely with engineering to identify and articulate technical trade offs with business value

• Spend deep time with internal teams that depend on the platform to understand their needs and wants, with the ability to distill the information into actionable requests and raise that to the platform team

• Establish and track key metrics

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Proven track record as an internal product manager: You've led technical product initiatives where the user base is internal (and oftentimes other engineers or product teams) from discovery, to roadmap/strategy development, through execution and monitoring. You can speak concretely about what made these initiatives succeed or fail (adoption, metrics, iteration).

• Deep technical fluency: You can hold your own with our best engineers on how large systems are designed, evaluating trade-offs, limitations, and business value. You're intimately familiar with APIs, reading architectures, and developing technical prototypes with the help of AI assistants.

• Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication :You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority. You must be able to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, drive alignment, and make trade-offs crystal clear with concise and simple written and verbal communication.

• Experience in fintech

• Generative AI knowledge and experience

• Prior software engineering experience
