to help protect Qonto's credit products as we become a bank. You'll own the operational efficiency of our credit fraud processes end-to-end, reporting to

Head of Fraud.

You'll supervise the day-to-day efficiency of our credit fraud processes. •

You'll partner with Tech to continuously improve the AI tool we use to catch credit fraud and defaults. •

You'll analyze credit defaults and declined financing to challenge and rework our eligibility criteria. •

You'll design and implement the controls that keep our credit products safe as we scale. •

You'll act as the point of contact for Risk, Product and Customer Care across all our markets.

•

You know how to read a case, question it, and act - not just follow a checklist. •

You question existing criteria and processes instead of taking them at face value. •

You'll work directly with Risk, Product and Customer Care, so clarity and conviction matter. •

You're comfortable using AI tools to spot patterns in data, and keen to help us sharpen the AI tool we use to catch fraud.

As Qonto becomes a bank, you'll shape the credit fraud function from the ground up. •
