What You Will Do
As a Manager, you will leverage your experience and further develop your project management skills and leadership abilities. You will oversee multiple Supervisors and individual contributors. You will interact with various levels of stakeholders, support strategic growth initiatives, provide coaching and ensure adherence to client's/company's standards.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing projects and teams across diferent projects and clients including, but not limited to, AML Transaction Monitoring, Escalations, PEP Screening Reviews, or CDD/EDD Reviews.
- Have experience leading multiple teams and working within a given project while ensuring oversight of the entire engagement, including monitoring milestone completion dates, project budgets, resource allocation, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering and/or financial fraud investigations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including developing presentations for different audiences (Client Stakeholders, Senior Level Executives, Guidehouse Leadership, etc.)
- The ability to speak and write English fluently.
- To operate from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy.

The annual salary range for this position is €46,000.00-€76,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
