SEO Manager

DigiExe is an AI-powered digital marketing agency founded by Jitendra Vaswani in 2014, with delivery in India and client-facing presence in the USA and Dubai. The agency has served 1,400+ clients across 28 countries (including brands like FirstCry and Zopper) on SEO, GEO/AEO, PPC, content, web design and development. DigiExe is a Certified Google Partner and also white-labels execution for overseas agencies.

DigiExe is hiring an SEO Manager to lead retainers that mix classic SEO with GEO/AEO. You will own strategy for multi-country clients, mentor specialists, and keep delivery aligned with founder-led playbooks - measurable traffic, leads and AI citation share.

Location: Remote / New Delhi, India. Full-time. Salary: ₹65,000 - ₹1,30,000 per month (INR), based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own SEO/GEO strategy and monthly roadmaps for a portfolio of retainers
• Blend technical SEO, content, digital PR / links and AI-visibility work into one plan
• QA specialist deliverables; coach juniors on audits, briefs and reporting
• Join client strategy calls; translate jargon into decisions founders care about
• Coordinate with DigiExe content, PPC and web teams so channels do not fight each other
• Help refine internal AI tooling workflows (research, clustering, reporting) without publishing unedited AI content

Requirements:

• 5+ years SEO with 2+ years in a lead/manager capacity (agency strongly preferred)
• Track record growing organic results for competitive niches
• Understanding of AI Overviews / LLM citation dynamics (GEO/AEO) beyond buzzwords
• Excellent English communication for international clients
• India-based (remote OK; overlap with US/EU clients as needed)
