About the role

Product Manager

Company: Vibes Design LLC Location: Remote (Orlando, FL or Toronto, ON) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level

About the role

Vibes Design LLC is looking for a technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between user experience and engineering execution. In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle for our core digital products, ensuring that our technical infrastructure supports a seamless end-user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the United States and Canada to deliver scalable solutions in an agile environment. This is a fully remote position that offers the autonomy to manage your own schedule while contributing to a high-growth design and technology firm.

What you'll do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and technical constraints.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and prototyping to deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Prioritize the product backlog by balancing stakeholder needs with technical debt and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with developers to conduct code reviews and architectural discussions, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically within a technical or software-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript; you must be able to read code, understand technical architecture, and communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful software products in an agile framework.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a design-centric agency or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js).
  • Previous experience managing distributed, remote-first teams.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours.
  • 401(k) / Pension matching.
  • Annual home office stipend.
  • Paid parental leave.
