About the role

Vibes Design LLC is looking for a mid-level IT Support Specialist to join our fully remote team based in Florida. While this is an IT operations role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong technical foundation in software development and cloud architecture. You will be the bridge between our infrastructure and our development teams, ensuring our systems remain scalable and high-performing. What you'll do

• Manage and troubleshoot internal infrastructure across Azure environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive support tasks and system monitoring.
• Provide technical support for internal applications built on Java and Python, diagnosing issues at the code and database levels.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize GraphQL API queries and resolve integration bottlenecks.
• Administer hardware and software provisioning for a global remote workforce, utilizing your home office stipend to maintain your own high-performance setup.
• Document technical processes and system configurations to improve team knowledge sharing and incident response times.

What we're looking for

• Technical Proficiency: Professional experience working within the Azure ecosystem and a strong command of Java and Python for scripting and debugging.
• API Knowledge: Practical experience querying and troubleshooting GraphQL interfaces.
• Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a technical operations role.
• Location: Current residency in Florida, United States is required for this remote position.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying system vulnerabilities before they impact the broader team.

Nice to have

• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or Developer Associate).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).
• Previous experience supporting creative or design-led technology organizations.
