Responsible For: Ensuring high quality systems development by developing, implementing and executing Quality Assurance processes and procedures. Ensuring adherence to standards, procedures and methodologies. Main Activities: Coordinating and carrying out routine Quality Assurance reviews of changes to IT facilities, including applications and system software environments, networking, etc. Coordinating the development and enforcement of technical standards, covering JCL, job structure, production control, conventions software usage, etc. Establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Assurance function. Participating with the development of testing methods and standards, and ensuring that appropriate testing takes place. Key Skills: Ability to use a development methodology. Strong documentation skills. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Programming skills Typical Experience: At least 10-14 years of relevant commercial experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or a related discipline.
