TikTok Shop - Senior Account Manager, Electronics (Vietnam)

Electronics is one of the most dynamic categories in e-commerce, driving both traffic and sales through fast trends, campaigns, and creator engagement.

In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the Chinese sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and incubate sellers/brands that potentially contribute remarkable GMV for category
• Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
• Identify new partnership opportunities that align with merchants' short- and long-term growth plans and establish JBPs
• Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping delivery time, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
• Manage mid-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
• Grow long tail assortments and long tail creators to grow affiliate GMV for EL cluster

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Proficient in English, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
• A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
• 5+ years experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
• Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
