Your Role

As a

Test Manager

, you will play a key role in leading quality assurance initiatives across complex programmes and projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and testing teams to define testing strategies, drive delivery excellence and ensure high-quality outcomes.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, governance and execution.
  • Manage test teams, providing coaching, guidance and support throughout project delivery.
  • Advise stakeholders on testing approaches, quality risks and release readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help clients enhance their testing maturity.
  • Support business development activities, proposals and solution design from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Contribute to the growth of the testing community through knowledge sharing, mentoring and training.

Your Profile

  • At least 7 years of experience in software testing, including experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
  • Strong expertise in test management, quality assurance methodologies and test process improvement.
  • Knowledge of TMap Next, ISTQB and modern testing practices within Agile environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
