The Job
- 3 months contract
- Assist in the processing of applications and follow up with applicants.
- Handle general enquiries from the applicants in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
The Person
- Secondary education or above, with HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications.
- Experience in handling customers' enquiries and familiar with subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
- Good manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
