The Job
- Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants / owners.
- Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
- Support daily operation of estate office
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
- 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE, including English and Chinese Language or above.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in the property management industry is preferred.
- Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
