Principali responsabilità

In questo nuovo ed entusiasmante ruolo, la persona selezionata sarà responsabile di un'ampia gamma di attività di manutenzione e supporto tecnico:

  • Garantire il funzionamento affidabile e la disponibilità di macchine CNC e altre attrezzature produttive
  • Eseguire manutenzioni preventive, ispezioni, diagnosi guasti e riparazioni.
  • Supportare l'installazione, la messa in servizio e l'ottimizzazione di nuove macchine e attrezzature
  • Eseguire aggiornamenti, calibrazioni e miglioramenti tecnici delle apparecchiature.
  • Supportare la connettività delle macchine, i backup CNC e le iniziative di digitalizzazione
  • Documentare le attività di manutenzione e mantenere registrazioni accurate degli interventi
  • Collaborare strettamente con Produzione, Ingegneria, Qualità e fornitori di servizi esterni
  • Formare e supportare gli operatori sull'utilizzo corretto e la cura delle macchine
  • Supportare la gestione dei ricambi e delle scorte di magazzino

Requisiti richiesti

Per questa opportunità, il candidato ideale dovrà possedere:

  • Formazione tecnica completata in Meccatronica, Elettronica, Automazione, Manutenzione Industriale o disciplina simile
  • Da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione e riparazione di impianti industriali o macchinari produttivi
  • Buone competenze di ricerca guasti in ambito meccanico, elettrico ed elettromeccanico
  • Esperienza su macchine CNC con sistemi di controllo Siemens/Fanuc/ Heidenhain , la conoscenza di macchine con marchio DMG costituisce un vantaggi
  • Familiarità con la manutenzione preventiva e i sistemi di gestione della manutenzione
  • Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici, manuali e schemi elettric
  • Interesse a sviluppare competenze in automazione, tecnologia CNC, connettività e digitalizzazione
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, inclusi Word, Excel e Outlook
  • Italiano fluente,Inglese e/o tedesco di base per lettura disegni e schemi
  • Patentino per carrelli elevatori o disponibilità ad ottenerl
  • Disponibilità a partecipare a turni di reperibilità,lavoro straordinario o in giorni festivi se richiesto
  • Mentalità proattiva, pratica e orientata alla soluzione dei problemi, con capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia in team

Start Date: January 2027 or by mutual agreement

In this exciting and newly created position, the selected candidate will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance and technical support activities in a full-time capacity:

  • Ensure the reliable operation and availability of CNC, DMG, and other manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machines and equipment
  • Carry out equipment upgrades, calibrations, and technical improvements
  • Support machine connectivity, CNC backup, and digitalization initiatives
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and external service providers
  • Train and support machine operators on equipment care and best practices
  • Assist with spare parts management and inventory activities
  • Participate in on-call duty and occasional overtime when required

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the ideal candidate must have

  • Successfully completed technical training in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar field.
  • 2-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing or industrial equipment
  • Good troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience with CNC machines; knowledge of DMG equipment is a plus
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics
  • Interest in developing your skills in automation, CNC technology, connectivity, and digitalization
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Good Italian communication skills; English is an advantage
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations and occasional overtime
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
