Technical Officer

• Monitor the daily operations of the building's technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and smart building controls
• Act as the liaison between the site management and external maintenance contractors, ensuring work is carried out to standard and within heritage site guidelines
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify and rectify technical or facility-related issues promptly
• Supervise reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations and tenants
• Implement and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of all building assets
• Direct supervise, mentor and manage the on site in-house technical team ants.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or a related technical discipline
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license is an advantage.
• Experience in facilities management, property management or commercial is preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility operations
• High level of customer service orientation and professional communication skills
