Your Responsibilities
As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in both technical delivery and architectural development. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing technical leadership within the development team
- Developing and maintaining backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Designing scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Contributing to overall system and solution architecture
- Evaluating technical approaches and making architectural decisions
- Working with AWS and cloud-native technologies
- Developing distributed and asynchronous applications
- Collaborating closely with developers, architects, and other technical stakeholders
- Supporting engineering best practices around testing, quality, and automation
- Contributing to CI/CD and continuous delivery processes
- Sharing knowledge and supporting the technical growth of the team

Required Experience
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a
Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Team Lead, Lead Developer, or similar
- Strong professional experience with
Java backend development
- Advanced knowledge of
TypeScript
- Solid experience with
AWS
, particularly serverless technologies
- Strong understanding of
microservices architecture and software design
- Experience working with both
SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong experience with
Spring Boot
- Experience with
asynchronous programming
- Practical experience with
GitHub
- Good knowledge of
Unix/Linux environments
- Experience applying
Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Strong understanding of
CI/CD and automated delivery pipelines
- Experience working in agile environments, such as
Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
