The opportunity
We're supporting a global financial services business looking for an experienced, hands-on recruiter on an embedded contract basis.
The assignment will focus primarily on
volume recruitment across junior to mid-level positions
(entry-level to approximately five years' experience), with some occasional senior hiring.
Hiring areas include fund administration, accounting, loan administration, payments, KYC and related financial services functions.
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or closely related sectors.
- Experience delivering volume recruitment across relevant operational and professional functions.
- Previous in-house, embedded or RPO experience preferred.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly and deliver with minimal ramp-up time.
- Experience recruiting in Lithuania, Malta or Luxembourg would be particularly valuable.
Location & contract
Remote, with candidates based across
Europe
considered. Some onsite availability, if based near a client site, would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Initial 4-6 month contract, ideally commencing in November. Monthly B2B fee dependent on experience.
