The opportunity
We're supporting a global financial services organisation with an international embedded recruitment assignment spanning EMEA and the US.
The remit combines hands-on recruitment with more senior research and search activity across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
It's a good example of the type of international embedded work we increasingly deliver: a Fractal recruiter operating closely alongside an internal Talent function while bringing additional capacity and specialist search capability.
Who we'd like to hear from
Relevant experience includes:
- Financial Services
- Professional Services
- Corporate and commercial recruitment
- Executive Research / Search
- Multi-country EMEA hiring
- US recruitment
We're particularly interested in recruiters who can comfortably move between hands-on delivery, stakeholder management and senior-level search work.
Interested?
The current assignment is resourced and underway, but we're keen to continue building our network of recruiters capable of operating at this level as we have similar opportunities in the pipeline.
If international financial or professional services recruitment is your area, register your interest for future embedded opportunities.
