The Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. We're looking for someone who has a track record in technical recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to finalizing hires.
Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, leveraging your agency background and understanding of the technical landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to ensure recruitment strategies align with department goals and company vision.
Insights: Provide insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and technological advancements to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the company's brand as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

6 - 9 years of recruitment experience
track record of successful technical recruitment, managing full lifecycle recruitment processes for various technical roles.
understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
negotiation and communication skills.
to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.
good communication skills in English
