At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions - including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of
Smart Actuators & Powertrain System
(eMotors, inverters, reducers, PLA).
- Develop and manage
Integration Test Scripts
(functional & non-functional).
- Serving as the System Validation Engineer (Sys Val) for the team and provided support to the people assigned to the project
- Conduct full validation/verification and participate in the bug analysing/fixing process.
- Shape
R&D System Engineering Methodology
according to
A-Spice
standards.
- Serving as the System Validation Engineer (Sys Val) for the team and provided support to the people assigned to the project
Requirements

Degree
Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar).
•
Exp
3+ years in
Automotive/Industrial System Engineering
.
•
Lab Skills
Oscilloscope, multimeter, electrical circuit reading.
•
CAN/LIN
protocols &
Vector tools
(CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape).
•
Programming languages
CAPL, Python.
•
Languages
Fluent English & Polish.
Nice to have
