#LiHybridLocation: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.This role is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Novartis is unable to offerrelocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.The position is responsible supply continuity in Vietnam market which align with Regional APMA Supply Chain Management (SCM) in term of target for Regional / CPO (inventory, W/O, W&D budget) and also align with local CPO on local registration regulation, QA requirement, Warehouse management, expense effectiveness. The role also in charge of manage and develop whole Supply Chain team and Warehouse team, compliance with local regulation and company policy.Support NEM2 to complete Country NEM Control circle as requested. Play role of NEM3 coordinator for warehouse site in aligned with NEM2 for un-announced emergency plan activation/call-up test (if required). Monitor and inform NEM2 about any NEM incident timely.
