Über uns Herzlich willkommen bei PoSa Pflege GbR! Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst in Freiburg (PLZ 79110) besteht seit 2022. Aktuell arbeiten 31 Mitarbeiter:innen im Team und betreuen gemeinsam bis zu 150 Patient:innen.
