- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions across customer-facing applications and backend services.
- Remain hands-on with C#, .NET/.NET Core, APIs and modern frontend technologies including React or Angular.
- Shape microservices, event-driven architecture and engineering patterns that improve reliability, security and performance.
- Lead technical discussions and influence solution design and technology decisions.
- Apply DevSecOps principles across build, deployment, monitoring and ongoing production ownership.
- Mentor engineers, share knowledge and strengthen engineering capability across the team.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and develop proofs of concept that can improve customer and engineering outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement, engineering excellence and customer-focused technology.
