Sr Tech Field Engineer
We’re Hiring: Field Engineer
Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, onsite support, and solving technical challenges?
We're looking for an experienced Field Engineer to support large and complex client environments and take ownership of onsite technical service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing end-to-end onsite Field Engineering support
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and installing IT equipment and systems
- Resolving complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Taking ownership of onsite service activities through to resolution
- Supporting other engineers with technical guidance and expertise
- Identifying recurring issues and recommending service improvements
- Maintaining accurate service documentation and reporting
You will be successful in this role if you have
- 2-4 years of relevant Field Engineering / IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on maintenance and installation experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Technical certification or associate degree is desirable
• Active NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
