About the role

About Engine

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.

That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020-2026).

We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.

Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

Your Mission:

As Revenue Enablement Manager, Partnership & Supply, you'll be the dedicated enablement partner for the teams that build and grow Engine's relationships with hotel and lodging partners. Our supply is a core part of what makes Engine work, and these teams keep it strong. New-hire onboarding is owned by a partner team. You own everything after it: ongoing enablement and everboarding that help partner and supply teams sign, activate, and grow partners. You'll report to the Manager, Revenue Enablement once that role is filled, and to the Director of Revenue Enablement until then. Here's what you'll take charge of:

Own Partnership & Supply Enablement

  • Everboarding Programs: Plan, build, and deliver training after onboarding for partner and supply teams, including skill-building paths, refreshers, and certifications on Engine's partner value proposition, programs, and processes.
  • Partner Sales Motion: Build and maintain the certification programs, training, job aids, and playbooks behind our partner sales motion, covering areas such as partner acquisition, negotiation, activation, and growing existing partner relationships.
  • Content & Knowledge Management: Keep partner and supply documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources current and easy to find.
  • Onboarding Alignment: Partner with the onboarding team so what's learned in onboarding carries through once reps are ramped.
  • AI-First Enablement: Build AI first. Use AI to create partner certifications, job aids, playbooks, and knowledge resources at scale, and keep them current as programs and processes change.

Partner with the Partnership & Supply Business

  • Know the Supply Business: Build a deep understanding of how the partner and supply teams work, what partners need, what the teams are measured on, and what's changing in the lodging market.
  • Embedded Partnership: Spend regular time with partner and supply leaders, front-line managers, and reps. Join team meetings and pipeline reviews to understand needs and turn them into enablement that improves performance.
  • Rollout Support: Partner with Product, Growth, Revenue Operations, and the broader Revenue Enablement team to communicate and train on launches, process changes, and tool updates, freeing leaders to coach and sell.

Programs & Measurement

  • Measure What Matters: Track and report enablement impact for partner and supply teams, such as certification and program adoption, partner acquisition and activation, pipeline and conversion, and partner growth [TBD: confirm Partnership & Supply KPIs].
  • Performance Inspection: Drive results through inspection, evaluation, and accountability on the skills and playbooks you design.
  • Enablement Tech Stack: Make sure partner and supply teams get full value from our tools, including partner tools [TBD: confirm, e.g., PRM, Crossbeam]. Work with our tools and systems team so new tools actually get adopted.

Why This Role: AI-First at Engine
At Engine, AI isn't a side project. It's how we work. Our access to create with AI is incredibly unique, and this role is a rare chance to get exposure to a ton of AI tools and learn from the best. The expectation is simple: AI first, to create scale, so our partner and supply teams always have what they need to win. Building this way grows Engine, and it grows your skill set too. If you're growth-minded and excited to build what's next, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Bring to Engine:
We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 4+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, or a customer-facing revenue role, including 2+ years designing and delivering enablement or training programs. [TBD: confirm years]
  • Partner & Supply Familiarity: Experience enabling or working on partnerships, supplier or channel teams, or account management, ideally in travel, hospitality, or a two-sided marketplace.
  • Facilitation: You can lead a room, in person or virtually, and you can turn complex programs and processes into training people actually use.
  • Business Acumen: You learn new business models quickly and can turn pipeline and performance data into a focused training or coaching response.
  • Skills: Strong project management, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and you can influence across Sales, Product, Growth, and Revenue Operations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you're fluent in Salesforce, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Momentum), enablement/LMS platforms (e.g., GTMBuddy, LetterAI), and partner tools such as PRM platforms or Crossbeam.
  • AI-First Mindset: You reach for AI first to create scale, and you're excited to get hands-on with a wide range of AI tools. You're growth-minded and eager to keep building your skill set.
  • Mindset: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, work independently, and deliver results that matter.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience in hotel or lodging partnerships, supplier relations, revenue management, or OTA market management.
  • Background in B2B travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience building enablement for a new sales motion from scratch.
  • Examples of enablement content, job aids, or knowledge resources you've built with AI.
