- Connect long-range portfolio plans with network strategy, strategic capacity, lifecycle management, new product introduction, risk and resilience, and annual business planning.
Performance, financial, and portfolio leadership
- Define and monitor end-to-end value stream performance across quality, service, cost, cash, growth, compliance, and resilience; use data to identify trends, root causes, constraints, and improvement priorities.
- Own value stream inputs to financial planning and synchronize assumptions, opportunities, risks, and trade-offs with Finance and functional partners.
- Develop scenarios, business cases, and recommendations covering portfolio mix, SKU rationalization, cost and inventory optimization, capital investments, capacity, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and network design.
- Drive prioritization of lifecycle and continuous-improvement investments, ensuring resources are directed to the highest-value customer and business outcomes.
Cross-functional execution and risk management

- Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate end-to-end product and supply risks, including quality, capacity, supplier, continuity, obsolescence, and compliance risks.
- Support structured response and executive communication for significant supply or quality events while reinforcing functional accountability for operational execution.
- Partner with new product and lifecycle teams to ensure supply chain readiness, appropriate network and supplier decisions, effective phase-in/phase-out planning, and stable commercialization.
Leadership and communication
- Influence across functions, regions, and organizational levels to build alignment and drive timely, fact-based decisions in ambiguous and complex situations.
- Prepare clear executive-level updates on value stream performance, strategic choices, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
- Serve as a change agent for the end-to-end operating model, governance standards, digital tools, and continuous-improvement practices.
- Coach and develop value stream partners and emerging leaders, strengthen team capabilities, and foster an inclusive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
