Job Description

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience designing, developing, and securing

REST APIs

  • Proficiency in at least one SQL database:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Python API framework:

FastAPI, Django, or Flask

  • Strong experience building and supporting

Microservices Architecture

  • Hands-on experience with

Docker

and containerized application development

  • Strong understanding of

Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

, design patterns, coding standards, and software engineering best practices

  • Experience creating

High-Level Design (HLD)

and

Low-Level Design (LLD)

documents for scalable applications

  • Strong understanding of

System Design

principles, including scalability, reliability, performance, and resiliency

  • Experience with caching technologies such as

Redis

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, and experience conducting

Code Reviews

  • Experience with

Git

,

CI/CD pipelines

, automated testing, and release management

Good to Have

  • Experience with

ETL frameworks

and large-scale data processing pipelines

  • Knowledge of

Event-Driven Architecture

and messaging platforms such as

Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS

  • Hands-on experience with

Kubernetes

  • Exposure to

AWS

cloud platform

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as

Apache Airflow

  • Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Exposure to distributed systems and asynchronous processing patterns
