Sr. Automation Design Engineer

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5- 7 years experiences in automation equipment design and installation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

一、岗位要求

1. 大专及以上学历，机械、自动化、电子等相关专业；
2. 有5年以上非标自动化设备机构设计开发经验，有3C行业工作经验；
3. 熟练使用Croe或SolidWorks 3D绘图软件；
4. 有独立设计设备能力，熟悉机械手、电机、模组、气动元件、各类传感器、等自动化元件的选型，有整体组装线体设计经验者优先;
5. 能够对非标设备进行成本分析和控制，了解机械加工工艺；
6. 熟悉非标设备的设计流程、制造流程及相关标准件的选项流程；；
7. 能配合出差，主要出差地为公司内部；
8. 有模块化设计经验者佳。

二、岗位职责：

1. 负责集团内，自动化机械（机构）设计和研发工作；
2. 参与项目需求分析, 负责对应模块的需求管理；
3. 负责模块的架构设计，详细设计和接口设计；
4. 负责分配到的开发任务或项目的进度控制；
5. 负责技术中心相应的技术文档和设计文档编写；
6. 负责开发过程中异常情况的检核、报告、追踪和改善；
7. 负责对应开发的模块单元测试，验证 。
