About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven
Talent Technology Operations Specialist
to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting
, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and support
Workday Recruiting
, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Partner with
Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams
to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage and maintain
dashboards and reports
to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure
data accuracy and integrity
across recruiting systems; identify and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Support
compliance initiatives
, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain
process documentation
, training materials, and user guides
- Participate in
system testing efforts
for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations
, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a
Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
- Experience administering
CRM tools
(preferably Phenom)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications

Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
- Experience supporting
Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
- Familiarity with
reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
