Solutions Architect - Sales Cloud
Professional Services | Agentforce & Claude Adoption Program
How Engagements Run
Each customer engagement runs as a fixed 12-week sprint. Weeks 0-2 focus on assessment and readiness: the customer's org, security, data, users and permissions, and which AI workflows to prioritize. Weeks 3-5 are build and validate. Weeks 5-12 drive adoption and optimization. This isn't a traditional waterfall project. Expect to prototype fast, show the customer something working, and iterate. Success is measured by user adoption and platform consumption. The customer pipeline is deep and growing, so there's plenty of work to go around. When one engagement wraps, you roll right onto the next. Location is flexible, but you need to be available during your customer's business hours.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions and readiness assessments.
- Analyze existing Salesforce environments and identify opportunities for Agentforce adoption.
- Map customer business processes to available Salesforce skills and workflows.
- Design scalable configurations using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce capabilities.
- Define implementation plans and support validation activities.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to align on overall solution strategy.
- Participate in workshops, demonstrations, and customer solution reviews.
- Assist customers with change adoption and process transformation efforts.
- Identify opportunities for additional skills and automation as customer maturity increases.
- Own the technical architecture and delivery of Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Claude implementations, from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization.
- Act as a workstream lead within your pod, advising customers on the right approach and adapting quickly as project needs and timelines shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration, integration, and data issues.
- Mentor and upskill Lead Business Consultants and pod teammates on Sales Cloud and Agentforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
- Configure the Claude-Salesforce connection, activate pre-built AI skills, and build and validate the workflows that use them.
- Run an engagement solo when scope allows, handling both solution design and hands-on configuration without a dedicated consultant.
