The Role
As a Software Engineering - Development Specialist, you will spearhead the design, build, and optimization of enterprise-grade software solutions that power mission-critical platforms for global clients. In this role, you will bridge strategic architectural concepts and hands-on implementation, delivering secure, resilient, and highly scalable applications that solve complex business and operational challenges.
Collaborating within modern agile delivery squads, you will work alongside cloud architects, platform engineers, and cross-functional technology leaders to modernize codebases, drive automation, and champion engineering excellence. Your focus will be on accelerating time-to-market while embedding security, modularity, and operational reliability into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Architect, write, and maintain robust, high-performance, and secure application code in line with enterprise design standards.
- Champion modern software engineering practices, including Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and microservices design patterns.
- Build, automate, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid, zero-downtime releases.
- Lead test automation strategies - spanning unit, integration, and end-to-end testing - to maximize software stability and code quality.
- Partner with technical architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical deliverables.
- Identify and eliminate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities through systematic refactoring and code reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level software developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical craftsmanship, and shared ownership.

Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive professional hands-on software development experience using modern enterprise programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or Go).
- Proven track record architecting and deploying microservices, RESTful APIs, or event-driven applications in production environments.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, architectural patterns, SOLID principles, and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Demonstrated experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern DevOps toolchains, version control (Git), and automated CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
- Strong experience designing and optimizing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) data stores.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong cross-functional communication and team mentorship skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Hands-on engineering and deployment experience on major cloud hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Practical experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) for full-stack collaboration.
