Job Description
BP International Limited is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions, contributing to high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence within a secure and agile environment.
Job Responsibilities
- 5 +years of Experience
Experienced with well understanding of AWS services, AWS architectures, general cloud design patterns and architectures Services: Cloud Formation, AWS Serverless Framework SAM, IAM, Event Bridge, API Gateway + Route53, Lambda, Dynamo DB, SNS, SQS, Security Groups, VPCs, Secrets Manager mangement, CloudWatch Alarms, Dashboards and working with Logs querying, AWS CLINon-AWS technologies: Grafana, Azure DevOps, Postman/Insomnia
- Experienced in Troubleshooting and Problem-solving for AWS-wide issues and General cross-systems problems (multiple systems chained together via integrations)
- Be able to understand existing designs and architectures and be able to build new ones on top of them
- Be able to understand, maintain and extend infrastructure built on top of AWS
- Experienced with well understanding of communication models (request/response (sync) model, message-based (async) model), understand standard communication interfaces, patterns and standards like REST API, OpenAPI V3, JSON
- Understand standard security architectures, patterns and technologies like OAuth2 (JWT flow, Client Credentials flow), OpenSSL Certificates, Role-based access patterns in Cloud
- Understand Git and standard patterns for source-code maintenance and team collaboration
- Experienced with well understanding of DevOps in general, specially Azure Pipelines, be able to implement, maintain and extend current CI/CD processes
- Experienced in using/programming, troubleshooting/debugging and solving problems in NodeJS applications, Bash scripts, OpenSSL Certificates usage (OpenSSL CLI) and FTL templates, as the core implementation technologies for integrations and CI/CD pipelines.
