About the Role
The company is seeking a full-stack engineer to build and scale core product systems, working across frontend, backend, and data pipelines. The role offers significant ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and product development.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Own projects from design through deployment and optimization.
- Make architectural decisions and develop scalable systems.
- Maintain code quality through testing and reviews.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally at a startup.
- Strong Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js skills.
- First-principles problem-solving and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong product or systems thinking.
- Experience scaling systems or contributing to a fast-growing company.
- Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco five days per week.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
