Your Role

  • Own end-to-end

service delivery operations

, ensuring service stability, availability, and SLA compliance.

  • Lead

Incident, Problem, and Escalation Management

to minimize outages and improve operational resilience.

  • Act as the primary interface for

stakeholder communication, client escalations, and service reviews
