Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring dynamics in balance sheet structure; propose business strategy recommendations to balance risk and return.
- Deal with the ASEAN entities, analyze and evaluate the ASEAN funding pool performance, assist entities in resolving funding & liquidity issues.
- Lead and organize the senior debt issuance;
- Prepare presentation materials for ALCO & IRC meetings;
- Keep abreast of the latest financial markets and assist in ad-hoc project as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines;
- Professional qualification in TMA/CFA/FRM;
- 10+ years of experience working in treasury, ALM or risk management. Working experience in sizable bank is a plus;
- Knowledge in Basel III and HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management framework is essential;
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Good in data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.
