Senior SW Engineer
Description -
Join our team to develop the core backend software powering an advanced digital printing platform. As a Backend Software Developer, you will work on complex engineering challenges, high-performance systems, and multi-threaded applications that drive innovative printing solutions. You will be part of a small, highly skilled agile team where your impact is visible and significant.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend software components for a complex multidisciplinary system.
- Develop scalable and high-performance server-side solutions using Java.
- Design and implement concurrent and multi-threaded processes.
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Analyze and solve complex technical challenges and edge cases.
- Collaborate closely with a small agile development team to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and developing complex software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Advantage
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Experience with C#.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving software and hardware integration.
