About the Role
The company is seeking a Senior / Staff Software Engineer to own and ship entire product areas end to end. The role combines full-stack development, strong frontend and product design skills, and backend ownership. Engineers work autonomously on core product modules and help scale a rapidly growing AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end products across AI agents, app builders, mobile apps, and SaaS modules such as authentication, CMS, file management, email, and commerce.
- Take ownership of entire product areas, from high-level requirements to architecture, APIs, data modelling, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with founders and incorporate feedback from a large user base, including non-technical business owners.
- Design simple UX/UI for business applications such as CRMs, ERPs, HR, and warehouse management systems.
- Develop core SaaS capabilities, including billing, entitlements, analytics, A/B testing, feature flags, i18n, and notifications.
- Use advanced AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and maximise productivity in a small, fast-moving engineering team.
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in full-stack, product, or frontend-leaning engineering.
- Strong frontend skills, product sense, and backend development capabilities.
- Proven ownership of complete product modules, not just isolated features or bug fixes.
- At least one year at a fast-growing startup with fewer than 150 employees, ideally pre-Series C, or at a high-bar product or developer-tools company.
- Clear evidence of building and shipping fast: Can point to 3-5 things they built and shipped themselves (portfolio projects, GitHub, OSS, live products)
- Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
