The Experience

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Solution Engineer to collaborate with our leading Financial Services clients. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative customer engagement strategies, demonstrating Salesforce's platform capabilities, and translating complex business needs into impactful solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to create roadmaps and deliver transformational pitches that showcase Salesforce's value.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Solution Discovery & Design:

Partner with Business and IT teams through targeted discovery sessions to uncover challenges and craft tailored, innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. •

Pre-Sales Engagement & Solution Selling

Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities via live demos, prototypes, and presentations to various client personas; support sales cycles with RFx responses, business cases, and ROI analyses. •

End-to-End Lifecycle & Solution Adoption

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer journey - seamlessly bridging the gap between pre-sales strategy and post-sale execution. You will drive ongoing platform adoption, ensuring clients fully consume our solutions and realize maximum business value. •

Strategic Roadmaps & Thought Leadership

Build and articulate clear customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps, guiding large enterprises on digital transformation and highlighting Salesforce's value proposition. •

Business & Technical Consulting

Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions and articulate benefits to stakeholders. Travel as required for client meetings and workshops.

You're Our Person If You Have...

Solid Experience:

A degree or equivalent, backed by

10+ years

of experience in IT, technology consulting, or enterprise software sales and implementation. •

FSI Domain Mastery

Proven experience in pre-sales or solution delivery specifically within the Financial Services sector (Banking, Insurance, Fintechs, NBFCs, or Wealth & Asset Management). •

Solution Design Skills

The ability to translate complex requirements into compelling customer journey maps, tailored use-case demos, and solutions perfectly aligned with industry needs. •

Business Acumen

An in-depth understanding of the financial industry's key metrics, customer engagement processes, and how to build strong ROI justifications. •

Next-Gen Tech Expertise

Deep knowledge of

Generative AI

and

Autonomous Agents

, coupled with a clear understanding of consumption-based business models. •

Cloud & CRM Knowledge

Extensive expertise in Cloud Computing, modern CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related enterprise technologies. •

Executive Presence

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a strong track record of successfully engaging C-level executives at large enterprise clients.

Salesforce Certifications:

Specifically in Agentforce, Data 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud (FSC). •

Direct Ecosystem Experience

A previous background as a Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer in a Salesforce, CRM, or similar enterprise tech environment. •

SI / Consulting Background

Prior experience working for Tech Consultancies or System Integrators, with a practical focus on technical project implementations.
