from concept through execution, dedicating 60-80% of your focus to hands-on end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives. •

You bring 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects alongside a track record of coaching and building collaborative, high-performing teams. •

You demonstrate strategic agility, sound decision-making, and comfort navigating ambiguity in matrixed or shared-services environments. •

You connect naturally with diverse audiences, convey complex ideas with clarity, and influence cross-functional stakeholders with empathy and confidence. •

You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant practical experience. •

You are open to international travel as needed to connect with team members and partners.
