Senior Professional, Account Marketing

• Develop and pitch seasonal marketing plans and lead execution for Inspire / City Specialty accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace to align marketing priorities.
• Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, GTM needs, and storytelling assets.
• Lead account-level execution of launch plans, brand moments, and account‑specific activations.
• Analyze results of marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage inbound/outbound marketing asset needs and timelines.
• Ensure brand consistency and account‑right execution across marketing touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and key external accounts.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Retail Marketing and can based in the Converse Boston or NYC office.

• Bachelor's degree in related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• 3+ years of experience in account marketing, brand marketing, or marketplace marketing.
• Understanding of Inspire / City Specialty consumer culture, retail landscape, and category dynamics.
• Experience implementing seasonal marketing execution and partner needs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership capability.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for sneaker subcultures and the Converse brand.
