Talent Acquisition Analyst - Recruiter
to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various LATAM countries (Brazil, Mexico and Argentina)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including social networks, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
- Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and follow global TA processes
- Manage offer negotiations in alignment with internal policies and local labor norms
- Represent the employer brand in the LATAM market.
- Extensive experience managing high-volume recruitment operations in Latin America for large and complex organizations.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within LATAM markets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment best practices
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Ability to work with cross-regional teams and adapt to cultural nuances
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong emotional control and resilience
- Experience with shared services, customer operations, manufacturing or multinational organizations
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- English is a strong plus.
