Apply now for the position of Senior Marketing Communications Manager, where you will support integrated marketing communications programs that strengthen customer engagement and advance business priorities for the Varian Interventional Solutions business line. Your role: · You will support the development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans aligned with the cancer care narrative, business priorities, product launches, demand generation, and sales enablement. · You will partner with product marketing, sales, commercial, clinical, marketing operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives and customer insights into effective go-to-market programs, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. · You will help develop compelling narratives, messaging, and content and guide activation across digital, social media, public relations, events, congresses, customer and field communications, and other relevant channels while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business priorities. · You will assist with tradeshow and congress strategy in partnership with business line and cross-functional stakeholders, including content development, promotions, customer engagement, lead-generation activities, and post-event reporting. · You will support business line participation in tradeshows and congresses by coordinating assigned marketing communications activities and deliverables. · You will provide marketing communications support for global and regional initiatives, including coordinating communications activities, sharing best practices, and supporting internal, executive, and customer-facing communications.

The base pay range for this position is: $143,290 - $197,021 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
