Senior Leader Accelerator Program
About the role
About the Accelerator Platform
The SE Ventures Accelerator is a highly selective, founder-first program designed to help exceptional pre-seed startups reach product-market fit and early commercial traction.
Unlike traditional, curriculum-driven accelerators, our model is:
- Bespoke and execution-focused: each company follows a tailored path based on its specific barriers to product-market fit
- Enterprise-backed: startups engage directly with Schneider Electric and AVEVA stakeholders to validate real-world use cases
- Commercially driven: emphasis on pilots, customer engagements, and revenue pathways-not just mentorship
- Selective by design: small cohorts to maximize depth of support and outcomes
Over a 12-week program, founders receive capital, expert mentorship, and structured access to a global ecosystem of customers, partners, and investors to accelerate their journey to product-market fit.
