Senior IT Project Manager

to lead successful client transitions and internal IT infrastructure initiatives from initiation through closure and handover to business and IT operations. In this role, you will manage technology transition projects using agreed project management methodologies, ensuring delivery stays aligned to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of

client transition and internal IT infrastructure projects

, from initiation through closure and operational handover.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor technology transition projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain project plans, governance, documentation, communication plans, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, workstream leads, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and IT operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, costs, and contingency actions while supporting client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Turkish

, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; project management certification such as

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma

, or similar preferred.

  • Proven experience managing multiple client-focused IT, technology transition, or transformation projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, risk management, budget tracking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
