As a Senior Campaign Analyst within ANZ's Personalisation Team, you'll help shape how we connect with customers through data-driven, personalised experiences. Using advanced analytics, customer insights, and behavioural modelling, you'll uncover opportunities to improve customer engagement and influence marketing strategies across multiple communication channels. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex data into actionable insights, develop measurement, and optimise customer journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to solve complex problems, influence decision-making, and make a meaningful impact on both customer outcomes and business performance.

As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will:

• Use customer, behavioural and campaign data to proactively uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business outcomes while managing potential risk.

• Develop and refine audience strategies, propensity models, triggers and measurement frameworks that support personalised customer communications.

• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics and the business to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.

• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, proactively providing insights that drive ongoing optimisation and enhance customer experiences.

• Actively coach and support other analysts while contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical tools, processes and best practices.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

Strong SQL and/or SAS expertise, with the ability to analyse large and complex datasets to uncover insights and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Proven experience using customer and behavioural data to build, optimise and measure targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations and actions that improve customer and business outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable messages for marketing and business audiences.

A collaborative approach and a passion for partnering with marketers and cross-functional teams to deliver effective, customer-focused campaigns.

Curiosity, proactiveness, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Balancing technical expertise with strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
